Jeff Reed brings 16 Years of Industry Experience to PROVITEL

Jeff has 16 years of experience in call center outsourcing with one of the largest global outsourcing providers where he held senior positions as Director of Program Management/Client Services and Director of Business Development. Having served on committees and being well known in the industry, he brings his expertise of the Direct Response industry to PROVITEL. Jeff is known for getting things done and has been a “go-to” player for internal management, as well as clients and prospects.
